Alarm Response - Sydney, Australia Only
This service is invaluable for your peace of mind and allows you to enjoy the freedom and relaxation of being away from the workplace. In the event of an alarm activation we will, within 15 minutes, arrive at your premises and assess, with the police (if they are involved), the position.
Eighty percent of activations are false alarms or the result of closing procedures being poorly followed. In the event of a false alarm we undertake the contacting of the monitoring station to provide reasons for the activation and to reset the alarm. In the event that the alarm cannot be reset we will call and wait for the appropriate person/s to call and make safe the site. If this cannot be done a guard will be put on site until such time as staff arrive or the alarm can be repaired.
In the event that forced entry to the premises has been made we will contact a nominated keyholder and agree with them the need to make a personal visit themselves. This is a particularly effective service at weekends and during the holiday season when the last thing remembered is to inform the monitoring station of you or your keyholders being unavailable.
